1. Reporting infringement

If you believe a listing, attachment or other content on Sealed Ideas infringes your copyright, trade secret or other rights, send a notice to copyright@sealedideas.com or to our designated agent: [Designated copyright agent name and address; register with the U.S. Copyright Office for DMCA safe harbor]. Include: your name and contact details; identification of the work you own; the link to the content you complain about; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

2. What we do

On receiving a complete notice we remove or disable access to the content promptly, tell the user who posted it, and give them a copy of the notice. Sales in progress may be voided and payments refunded or held.

3. Counter-notice

A user whose content was removed may send a counter-notice to the same address with their name, contact details, the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts named in the Terms. Unless the complainant tells us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the content.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who receive repeated valid notices, and we may withhold payouts connected to infringing content.
